We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. This helps us maintain an efficient schedule and allows us to offer the spot to other pet owners.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us through the online system, by phone, or via email. We will do our best to accommodate your new scheduling needs.
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your service may be shortened depending on the next scheduled appointment. If you’re running behind, please give us a call to let us know, so we can adjust the schedule if possible.
If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notification, we reserve the right to charge a fee or decline future bookings. No-shows prevent us from providing the best service to other clients, and we kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to this policy.
